biscoff chip™ — gourmet chip cookie made with biscoff cookies, white chocolate chips + stuffed with biscoff cookie butter
sugar chip™ — gourmet chip sugar cookie topped with cream cheese frosting*
chip™ specialty flavor  — gourmet chip seasonal flavor rotated weekly**

DELIVERY

your cookies will be baked fresh to order and will be shipped out approximately 48 hours after your subscription is complete. the subsequent orders will ship out on or around the same date each month (for as long as your subscription lasts). boxes will be sent via UPS ground and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. please be aware UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. for more information on our shipping policies, see our shipping policy page.

  • What is your menu?

    We keep it simple, chocolate chip cookies. We also recently added our Biscoff Chip cookies as a permanent addition. We also offer regular specialty cookie offerings. Check our instagram for updates - @chipcookiesco.

  • Do your cookies contain wheat/dairy/nuts or other allergens?

    Chip cookies are not baked in an allergen free environment. Our products are not recommended for those with severe allergies as they may contain or be prepared in a facility with eggs, milk, wheat, soy and nuts.

  • How long does your cookie delivery take?

    Our average time is between 30 and 45 minutes. We strive to get your cookies to you as soon as possible -- and still warm and fresh. If you're in a pinch and can't wait for a delivery, you can drop by one of our locations and pick up instead.

  • If I don't live in the cookie delivery zone, how can I try your cookies?

    We offer a pick up option at all of our shops.  Just drop on by! Or you can order nationwide shipping where we can ship anywhere in the US.

  • Do you take pre-orders?

    We accept pre-orders for delivery and catering.

  • Are you hiring?
