Shipping Policy

Nationwide Shipping policy

We make all cookies fresh each day for each of our customer's orders.  Monday - Friday we ship out all orders received up until 8am MT on that day and any orders that we haven't fulfilled from the previous day or weekend. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be times when your delivery gets delayed due to UPS weather or operations delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer ground and 1 day shipping through UPS.  All charges will include shipping and handling charge of $5.

Local delivery

Deliveries are made from 12pm - 10pm on Monday - Saturday (some locations offer expanded hours). We will contact you via email and text message with the contact information you provided at checkout to notify with updates on your order.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in our stores. We bake cookies fresh so we will have cookies available when you come!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so you’ll need to use the street address of a post office if that’s the only way your recipient can get their mail. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We cannot accept returns given the perishable nature of our product.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
