chip hosts fundraising events where your supporters can purchase cookies in-store or for local delivery and we'll donate 20% of contributed sales to your organization!

chip supports k-12 schools, PTAs/PTOs, student clubs, university groups, youth sports teams, community organizations, and nonprofits.

fundraising steps

  • complete the fundraising scheduler at least three weeks before your desired date, and we'll review the details. (this will give us time to prepare and you time to promote your fundraising event!)
  • we'll notify you via email of approval and the next steps, including pre-approved promotional materials
  • print fundraising flyers and share your fundraising event details on social media.
  • during your event, your supporters will need to tell us at checkout they're at chip to support your cause!
  • chip will send a check for your donation a few weeks after your event

Chip Fundraising Event Guidelines + FAQ

    • organizations must have a valid federal tax ID number (or TIN/EIN)
    • applications and completed w-9 must be three weeks in advance
    • a donation check will be issued 3-4 weeks following your fundraiser
    • chip reserves the right to deny, reschedule, or cancel events
    • chip cannot accept extra donations on behalf of your organization
    • ensure these guidelines are communicated to everyone promoting your event!
    • use the promotional materials chip provides, and do not use chip's logo without approval.
    • organizations cannot distribute fundraising flyers in chip's parking lot or store before or during the event.
    • obtain permission before posting materials on private property

  • Chip cookies are not baked in an allergen-free environment. Our products are not recommended for those with severe allergies as they may contain or be prepared in a facility with eggs, milk, wheat, soy and nuts.
