What are chip's fundraising guidelines?
organizations must have a valid federal tax ID number (or TIN/EIN)
applications and completed w-9 must be three weeks in advance
a donation check will be issued 3-4 weeks following your fundraiser
chip reserves the right to deny, reschedule, or cancel events
chip cannot accept extra donations on behalf of your organization
What are chip's promotion guidelines for fundraising events?
ensure these guidelines are communicated to everyone promoting your event!
use the promotional materials chip provides, and do not use chip's logo without approval.
organizations cannot distribute fundraising flyers in chip's parking lot or store before or during the event.
